A psychologist by formal education, with an exceptional resume as a counselor for parents, Jelena says that she is, above all, Sara and Luka's mom.

Through education and consultations, she empowers parents to be calm and consistent. She introduces them to the children's world so that they can understand it even better. Such an approach leads to a strong awareness for the parents: they get to know about the development of children, about what they can expect from a certain age, understand why specific methods do not work, and much more. Jelena points out that, like most other parents, she finds herself in challenging situations of 'struggle' every day: sister-brother relationship, rivalry, jealousy, anger, aggression, kindergarten challenges, dramas with friends, power struggles, motivation...

Her mission is to support building a safe and happy environment for children to grow up in through her work.

She believes in positive discipline because in practice she witnesses its visible results in the long run daily. It encourages the establishment of a trust-based relationship with the children, of respect, as well as love - and she helps parents achieve this.

On the initiative of the "Royal Nanny" agency, she wrote "The Handbook for Nannies", a very useful book for future nannies, people who will deal with your children.
