Governess
Our governesses are highly educated persons, whose primary focus is on the development and recognition of skills and talents in children. In her work, the modern governess respects all the postulates by which nannies are guided but additionally engages as a home teacher who continues the education of children in a homely atmosphere. Governesses encourage children to complete their daily tasks, providing them with adequate support in their work and guiding them to reach the highest possible goals. They can also provide education in a specific narrowly specialized field such as language, biology, or mathematics, all in accordance with the needs and affinities of the child.
Companionship, care, and personal development are of the utmost importance, so the priority for governesses is not housekeeping, but exclusively education, creative and personal development of a young person, i.e. a child, with continuous consultation with parents or guardians.
