How we make the selection

Our selection process is based on many years of experience and carefully defined criteria through which we assess whether a person is capable of responding to all challenges. We are looking for assertive, communicative, gentle, and focused people. Above all, it is important to us that our employees are well-mannered, educated, possess a high dose of empathy, and creativity, and are always prepared to learn and enhance their knowledge.

During the training, we carefully follow each candidate, primarily focusing on qualities, talents, and expertise. We then evaluate the potential for their engagement, and commitment and define the profile of the family to which the particular nanny would be most suitable.
