Milica comes from the world of business, ie the application of psychology and communication in business.

She is an HR consultant for businesses, a trainer of modern business skills, a coach who helps teams and individuals understand where they are going and how to reach their goal.

For Royal nannies, Milica holds her "Art of Communication" training, adapted to their needs. This training is accredited by the Health Council of Serbia as an education for doctors and pharmacists, but it has become very popular among all businesses whose decision-makers consider employees to be the basis of their business.

In addition to being an entrepreneur, Milica is also the mother of two-year-old Olivera.
