It goes without saying that it is a training system that every newly employed nanny completes so that in the true sense of the word, she would be able to respond to all the challenges of the job. At the same time, training are available to all individuals who want to do this job independently, as well as to individuals and groups who are already experienced in doing this job but want to improve their skills. The academy can also be entered by an individual who currently has no affinity for this job, but is interested in acquiring and practically applying knowledge in this field.

What training does the Academy offer and who leads them?

1. Basics of psychology in the field of communication with children.

The expert lecturer is Jelena Marušić, a child psychologist. The emphasis of the training is on establishing adequate, appropriate communication with children of different ages, and also on establishing communication with parents, guardians, and close family members.

2. Working with children from day one

The expert lecturer is Jelena Aleksić, a pediatric nurse. The goal of the training is for each participant to gain experience in the field of working with newborn children and to provide adequate and necessary support to parents. Baby care, then swaddling, feeding, and bathing the baby, are some of the crucial segments of technical support when it comes to the development and upbringing of the youngest.

3. Pedagogical approach, communication through play and animation, Marte Meo method - natural support

Professional lecturer is Jasmina Vučićević - pedagogue. The emphasis is on animation, a creative approach to the relationship with the child, recognizing and developing the potential of each child. Marte Meo in translation means "on one's own strength" and initially included a series of tips and methods intended for parents of children with autism. Today, a communication-focused program is accepted, the purpose of which is to encourage the communication of persons with various developmental difficulties.

4. Practical approach - professional approach, readiness to respond to every challenge
